Hotline is a company that provides on-demand assistance across a wide range of fields through AI agents, each designed to act as a knowledgeable, approachable expert. As part of my work with Hotline, I was responsible for creating and refining their visual assets and helping tighten their overall design language. This included designing illustrated AI agent characters, developing a welcome box for new users, and shaping the physical items inside it—such as agent business cards, magnets, and supporting materials. The goal was to translate a complex AI-driven product into a warm, clear, and cohesive visual experience that builds trust and makes the technology feel accessible.
